Duta Budi Health Center is seeking a dedicated Deputy Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring the quality and safety of food, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards,Ensure the quality and safety of food by following food handling and hygiene practices,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils,Prepare and cook meals for patients and staff, ensuring they are served on time and in the correct quantities,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources,Follow and adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge,Assist in the preparation of special menus and dietary requirements for patients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef in a hospital or healthcare facility,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays,Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one
