📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for insurance companies, handling all insurance-related inquiries and claims.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims.
• Monitor and analyze insurance claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Provide guidance and support to healthcare providers on insurance-related matters.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest insurance regulations and industry trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of insurance-related policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance relations within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and claim processing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with insurance management software such as ClaimWorks, Medisoft, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid medical license and insurance relations certification (preferred).
