📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage branch operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance monitoring.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Oversee inventory management and ordering processes.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve branch goals.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.,Monitor branch finances and report to the head office.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
