📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement disaster preparedness plans in collaboration with local government and stakeholders.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts during disasters, including evacuations, search and rescue operations, and medical support.
• Conduct regular training sessions and drills to ensure the readiness of disaster response teams.
• Monitor and assess the impact of disasters on the community, providing timely updates and reports to relevant authorities.
• Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and funding, to support disaster response activities.
• Collaborate with national and international organizations to enhance disaster management capabilities and share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with national and international disaster management standards and regulations.
• Represent BPBD Bangka Belitung in disaster management forums and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Disaster Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in disaster management or a related field.
• Certification in Disaster Management or Emergency Response from a recognized institution.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using disaster management software and tools, such as GIS, ERM, and DRM.
• Knowledge of Indonesian disaster management laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
