📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire inventory management process, from procurement to distribution.,Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient restocking.,Monitor stock levels and implement reordering procedures to prevent stockouts.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff to ensure high performance standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory needs are met.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory control software and systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
