HAVEN Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in training and development, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop training solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Manage and mentor a team of training officers to ensure high-quality training delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on employee skills and performance.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with department heads and managers.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
