📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Develop and execute operational excellence strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operational excellence.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance operational skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing operational excellence initiatives.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using operational excellence tools and software such as Minitab, Six Sigma DMAIC, and process mapping tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
