📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bakeries, restaurants, and food manufacturers in West Java
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and communication
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the baking or food industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of the baking industry and market trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with sales software such as Salesforce or CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
