Camp Fresh Pratama is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Garut. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them apply new skills in the workplace.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
