📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Review financial records, transactions, and documents to identify discrepancies and potential risks.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with internal audit team members and other departments to ensure comprehensive coverage of audit activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of audit findings and follow-up actions.,Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements to enhance audit effectiveness.,Support the internal audit manager in developing and implementing audit strategies and methodologies.,Assist in the preparation of audit workpapers and other related materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards (e.g., ISA, COSO) is a plus.
