📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and restocking ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure food quality and safety by following proper hygiene and handling procedures.,Assist in menu planning and cost control.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
