IFG Life Insurance is seeking a dedicated Bancassurance Specialist to join our team in Sampit, Kalimantan Selatan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our bancassurance initiatives and help grow our customer base.

As a Bancassurance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with bank partners, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of bancassurance products.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the insurance and banking industries.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with bank partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of bancassurance products and strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the bancassurance market.
  • Provide training and support to bank staff on bancassurance products and services.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of bancassurance initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of bancassurance projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in bancassurance.
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to promote bancassurance products and services.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance or banking industry, preferably in a bancassurance role.
  • Strong understanding of bancassurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
