📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the store.,Manage and train staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or wholesale management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a branch or similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Understanding of local market trends and customer preferences.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
