We are looking for a talented Deputy Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your goal will be to create a learning culture that drives performance and growth within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Collaborate with managers and employees to design and implement training programs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
