📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial health and growth.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.,Monitor cash flow and liquidity, and recommend appropriate actions to maintain financial stability.,Collaborate with the management team to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team as needed.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and financial regulations is a plus.
