In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value contracts with commercial and industrial clients, driving our growth in the lift and elevator market.

As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our sales team to understand client needs, provide technical solutions, and negotiate contracts. You will also be responsible for managing our inventory of lift and elevator parts, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet client demands. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, engage, and close high-value contracts with commercial and industrial clients
• Provide technical solutions and advice to clients, ensuring that their needs are met
• Negotiate contracts and ensure that all terms are met
• Manage our inventory of lift and elevator parts, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet client demands
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and ensure that our products and services are in line with these trends
• Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring that they are able to use and maintain our products effectively
• Work closely with our sales team to ensure that our products and services are marketed effectively and that our sales targets are met

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales engineering role in the lift and elevator industry
• Strong technical knowledge of lift and elevator systems, including their installation, maintenance, and operation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO, ASME, and ANSI
• Ability to travel and work in different locations as required
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
