📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections using the Marriott Cleanliness Inspection System (MCIS) to monitor and improve cleanliness standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure they meet Marriott's high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including pest control and maintenance of cleaning supplies.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure they are always in stock.
• Collaborate with the hotel's management team to address any issues related to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the cleanliness and guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury or high-end hotel setting.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to train and mentor staff.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including pest control and maintenance of cleaning supplies.
• Familiarity with the Marriott Cleanliness Inspection System (MCIS) and Housekeeping Management System (HMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Housekeeping Operations (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
