PT Surya Astrid is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Palu. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's reputation. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards.,Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and maintain the restaurant's reputation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, both locally and nationally.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure the restaurant's goals and objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.,Familiarity with food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
