PT Optima Unggul is looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a commitment to excellence in their work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures in accordance with industry standards and company policies.,Assisting in the preparation of annual audit plans and schedules.,Conducting risk assessments and identifying areas of potential improvement.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful execution of audit activities.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all audit activities and findings.,Providing training and guidance to junior staff on audit techniques and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a similar role within a multinational or large organization is a plus.
