In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports and recommendations to senior management.,Identifying and assessing risks and opportunities within the organization.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures.,Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and ensuring their accuracy.,Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to audited departments.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Attention to detail and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
