📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.,Provide technical support to employees, including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems by implementing and enforcing security policies.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Perform regular backups of critical data and systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network infrastructure and security best practices.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
