📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate the branch team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improve performance.
  • Ensure that all branch policies and procedures are followed and that compliance with regulations is maintained.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth and improving performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
