📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.,Develop and implement electrical engineering standards and procedures.,Oversee the work of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.,Prepare and present project reports and proposals to stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in project management.,Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.,Understanding of budgeting and cost control processes.
