Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.,Maintain a strong employer brand and promote the company as an attractive workplace.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
