📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify the best candidates.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a good fit between the candidate and the role.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment efforts.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters and headhunters.
