📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department, including staffing, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information is available for decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations.
