📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Train and mentor junior store administrators to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and sales growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or administrative field.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and retail management systems.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages.
