📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in coordinating meetings and events between Indonesian and Chinese teams.
• Translate documents and communications between Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Manage schedules and appointments for high-profile clients.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including managing emails, files, and other documents.
• Assist in organizing and preparing materials for presentations and meetings.
• Support the team in maintaining a professional and organized workspace.
• Act as a liaison between the Indonesian and Chinese teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and other business documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the maritime industry is a plus.
