📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient health status.Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.Assessing and monitoring patient health status, and documenting patient information accurately and promptly.Ensuring patient safety and comfort, and promoting a positive patient experience.Assisting with patient education and health promotion activities.Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and following all infection control and safety protocols.Reporting any suspected cases of infection or adverse events to the appropriate authorities.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Active registration as a Nurse with the relevant regulatory body.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Commitment to providing quality patient care and upholding the values and standards of the healthcare industry.🛠️ Keahlian
