📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient health status to the healthcare team.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for all staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
