Based in Denpasar, you'll be part of a dynamic team working across Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.

As an Operation & Asset Management Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, manage a team of 5-10 employees, and implement strategies to enhance asset utilization and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and monitor asset management strategies to maximize asset utilization and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Work with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of service and quality.
• Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and asset management, preferably in the automotive finance sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in operations management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
