Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies that will help the company grow and succeed.,Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that all operations are cost-effective and profitable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.,Strong background in project management and process improvement.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
