📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastry products according to recipes and quality standards.,Ensure that all baked goods are fresh, properly portioned, and presented in an attractive manner.,Maintain and clean baking equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Assist in the development and testing of new recipes.,Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in baking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Baker or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
