📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to understand employees' mental health needs.,Develop and implement mental health programs and initiatives to support employees' well-being.,Provide counseling and support to employees facing mental health challenges.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to create a positive and inclusive work environment.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health programs and initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mental health and psychology.,Provide training and workshops on mental health awareness and stress management.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of all psychological assessments and evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a psychology-related role, preferably in a corporate setting.,Professional certification in Psychology (e.g., Psikolog, S.Psi., S.Si., or equivalent).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and techniques.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language.
