📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process from inquiry to completion.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer information.,Coordinate with artists, galleries, and collectors to facilitate sales.,Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including catalogs and promotional emails.,Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Assist in organizing art exhibitions and events.,Support the sales team in achieving targets and KPIs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in art sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Knowledge of the art market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
