Depot Dian Coffee is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant and Cashier to join our team in Dili. This is a great opportunity to work in a vibrant coffee shop environment while developing your sales and customer service skills.

As a Sales Assistant and Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with a warm and friendly service. You will also be responsible for handling cash transactions and ensuring a smooth checkout process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet customers and provide them with a warm and friendly service.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure a smooth checkout process.
  • Assist in stock management and restocking of coffee and other products.
  • Promote our products and services to customers.
  • Ensure the coffee shop is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Assist in the preparation of coffee and other products.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school education.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of English and Indonesian languages is required.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
  • Passionate about coffee and customer service.
