This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the flexibility of alternate Saturdays and office hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations and a passion for providing excellent patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards set by the Indonesian Pharmacy Board.,Oversee the inventory management system, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.,Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and support to patients and healthcare professionals.,Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of pharmacy practice.,Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations and patient care.,Train and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy staff.,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.,Valid Indonesian Pharmacy License.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmacy regulations and guidelines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Experience with pharmacy management software and systems is a plus.
