🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
