LUNAR Group is looking for a dynamic and outgoing Telemarketing professional to join our team in Kuta, Bali. This is an urgent opening, so we need someone who can start immediately. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries.,Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company.,Updating and maintaining customer databases.,Providing regular reports on sales and customer interactions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
