📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle client inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipping issues and ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Manage and update client records in LogiXpert, our proprietary logistics management system.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Monitor customer service metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and customer service.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members.
• Represent the company at client meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, particularly in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Proficient in using LogiXpert or similar logistics management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
