📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to refine strategies and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing.
• Assist in the development of SEO strategies to improve our online visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
