In this role, you'll oversee construction processes, ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, and collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. You'll use industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6 to manage projects efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of Bali's most prestigious residential developments and contribute to the island's luxury real estate landscape.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction process from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and building codes.
• Conduct site inspections and technical audits to ensure quality control and compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in civil engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction projects, preferably in luxury or high-end developments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction materials and methods for luxury residential projects.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites across Bali.
