📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs in CNC machining and foundry techniques using industry-standard tools such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Conduct practical training sessions using CNC machines, milling centers, and foundry equipment.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into your training programs.
• Collaborate with industry partners to ensure that our training programs align with the needs of the local manufacturing sector.
• Mentor and guide students in their career development, helping them to achieve their professional goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of our training programs.
• Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining and foundry techniques.
• Certification in CNC programming (e.g., FANUC, Siemens, or Haas) and foundry processes.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Mastercam, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Familiarity with the local manufacturing industry in Bali is a plus.
