📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Monitor and maintain financial systems and processes, including QuickBooks and SAP.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide financial support to department heads and managers.
• Stay up-to-date with financial trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and SAP, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
