- Assist with member registration and onboarding processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Promote club events, workshops, and special offers to members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
