Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies to engage our audience and drive growth.
• Create compelling content for social media, email, and our website using tools like Canva and Hootsuite.
• Manage our social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Write and edit engaging blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials using Mailchimp.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that align with our brand's goals.
• Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize future strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and content creation.
• Assist in the development of multimedia content, including videos and infographics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing.
• Proficient in using social media management tools like Hootsuite and email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Creative thinker with a passion for education and child development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva is a plus.
