📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using SAP and QuickBooks, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities, contributing to the overall financial planning process.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Provide financial support to operational teams, including payroll processing and expense management.
• Stay updated with the latest financial trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
• Certification in financial accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
