📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital’s mission and values.
• Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Collaborate with department heads to address workforce needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Represent the hospital at industry events and conferences to build professional networks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a healthcare or similar industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
