As a Commercialization & Manufacturing Engineer (Sewing), you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to implement best practices in sewing technology and process improvement. You'll leverage your expertise in sewing machine operations, garment construction, and lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve throughput, and ensure consistent product quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize sewing machine parameters and settings to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct process analysis and implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Develop and maintain sewing process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Provide technical support to the sewing team, addressing machine issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze production data using software like Gerber Accumark to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure adherence to quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence and support the company's growth objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new sewing technologies to recommend and implement improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sewing processes, garment manufacturing, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in operating and maintaining sewing machines, with a strong understanding of their technical specifications.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark, or similar pattern making and production planning tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
